Jessie was amazing either way his customer service. It is conveniently located near to everything you need to do in Waikiki. Rally great rates for what felt like my very own studio apartment. A little on the older side, but I’d definitely stay here again and very worth the dollars I spent :)

Aside from the view from the lobby. We will not be back. Rooms were outdated. I've had to call front desk to accommodate room amenities daily. Cable/TV was out from check-in. AC was not working properly & the shower took a few minutes to get hot. Had it not been conveniently located I would have requested a refund immediately. For the nightly rate - the place was not worth the price. Room rates should include parking considering the inconvenience we endured. However, I'd like to extend a hugh THANK YOU cheer to Marissa & Vanessa for handling the issue at hand & in a timely manner.

Nice property, Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Maile was very nice. The surrounding area is very loud, and the room only has jalousie windows which does nothing to keep the sound out. Other than the noise, the hotel was quite nice!
