The building looks new and very clean, and the bedsheets were spotless. The memory foam mattress was comfortable and a nice touch. However, upon check-in there was no hot water and the room was very cold. The room heater was not working properly and took the entire night without warming the room, so we had to sleep wearing multiple layers of pajamas. The water pressure was also quite low. The reception staff explained that the water and electricity were only turned on after we checked in, which unfortunately created a cold and unwelcoming first impression. Additionally, there was no TV in the room. Since we were the only guests, breakfast was very simple—just bread and jam, nothing fancy. Overall, the general feeling of the stay was rather cold, despite the building being new and clean.

They treated my brother and I like family.. Very hospitable... I would go back..They are a new hotel still under construction but definitely worth staying at...I wish them much sucess in their new endeavor

Staff was very, accommodating and friendly. Building is undergoing renovation. No TV but this was a blessing in disguise as I was able to get the teenagers out quickly to see Petra. Great location, you can see the Petra visitor center from the building. You can walk down to it, but we took a taxi back since the hill is pretty steep. Breakfast was provided right in our room. They helped us plan our trip to Petra the right way, and we avoided having to climb up to the monastery. Instead we walked down from little Petra. Definitely recommend Summit Hotel.

Clean, close to Petra, nice staff, basic but sufficient breakfast. Room needs some extra fourniture like a lamp, tea coffee, a TV, but it's still a new hotel. Wifi not working.
