Incredibly beautiful hotel that is literally right across the street from the Petra entrance. Very helpful staff, Waleed who works at the front desk even took our car to fill the air in the tire after we noticed it was low. Housekeeping staff Hamza and Fahed also were very helpful as well. Great hotel in a great location. The room was very clean, the staff (without exception) were incredibly friendly and helpful and the food was really good (particularly the rooftop restaurant). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to other visiting Petra.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Great service from the beginning in the lobby they welcome you with a nice words of Petra. They bring all you stuff to the room. The room have so Many beautiful details with a welcome letter with some chocolate and cookies. The whole experience was stunning I really recommend this hotel 100%
