Had an amazing stay here. Quirky room with everything you could need, big comfy bed, and fab shower. Really good meal in the pub and cocktails available. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Pub itself is a delight. Really cosy with art all over the walls, a lot of effort has gone into design of both the pub, rooms and outdoor space. There is a really big garden area which was a joy to sit in. Honestly can't recommend it enough. Close to Scotney Castle and Bewl Water which are both well worth a visit.

Beautiful room, lacked air conditioning for good weather, extremely hot! Breakfast was good, restaurant menu limited, food quality was average, the accommodation is in a beautiful village, unfortunately there is very limited eating establishments within the village. Great pub with unique rooms and excellent food

Great pub with unique rooms. Very welcoming staff and included breakfast was excellent with cooked options. We also ate in the restaurant and again the food was great. Lovely walk down to Bewl water from pub as well. Really enjoyed our stay.
