There were roaches in multiple rooms during our stay which made us uneasy. There was a very strange women staying at the hotel that followed my kids around different floors that made us uneasy. Apparently multiple people complained including us but nothing could be done. One of the elevators were broken, and the other was not working very well. Also I did pay at stay and the end price was a few hundred dollars more than what was previously listed. The breakfast was good, and the staff was nice, but I do not think we will be staying here again.

When we first entered the room it stunk horribly. We lowered the air in the room, it was on heat at 74 degrees and the high temp that day was 80+. The smell didn’t get any better, so I asked the front desk for air freshener. She said all she had at the moment was Fabuloso, which did not help at all. Then my wife woke up with bites. By the second day they were far worse and they appear to be bed bugs. I have taken pictures.

Staff was very helpful and quick to respond to any needs we had. They have an issues the keys needing to be reprogrammed after they have been used. But overall it was a pleasant stay.
