The staff are really excellent. Friendly and helpful. The issue is heat. To try to cool down the apartment to a tolerable level for sleep, you have to open the window to shut off the heat. There is no cooling. With the window open? Noise. Trains. People in the square shouting at all hours. I can't recommend.

Even though he had just finished a night shift he volunteered to help us get into the public car park (we had arrived in a terrible storm and parked in the wrong one). Unfortunately, getting into that car park was far from easy, yet Javier took the time and was so kind; we would really have been stuck without him. Thank you so much Javier!

Super modern apt with fantastic views.

Amazing apartment with lovely rooftop overlooking the city. Very modern withgood fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, coffee machine and anything else you would need. Nice bars nearby and a pleasant walk into the main part of the city. Vitoria is beautiful and well worth a visit.
