Beautiful property, the room felt like home. Bed was very comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies, just gotta bring your own food! The noise level was 0 as you have no one above you or in a room next to you. The Roku TV had plenty of options to kick back and relax to, just a very pleasant stay in gorgeous southern Utah!

The Riv was wonderful! We enjoyed these small mini homes and it was exactly what we needed with all the luxuries and comforts one would want in the desert. We were able to cook, and the view from our patio was beautiful! Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

I loved that the kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of pots, pans, Tupperware, etc. I found the saran wrap and foil to be super useful. Everything was super clean! Looking forward to seeing the pool and hot tub!

Exceptional experience. These units are practically brand new - super clean and functional layout for anyone visiting Zion or the local attractions. Zion was about 15 minutes away and it's a super easy drive. The owner and staff really go the extra mile to make you feel appreciated - welcome gift basket, and assortment of K-cups for your morning coffee, high-quality shampoo/body wash in the shower, an AMAZINGLY comfortable king bed. The property will complete the pool and hot tub area soon (Fall 2025) - so that will be a great addition after hiking all day in the park. We hope to return soon and we'll 100% stay at The Riv.

Great place to stay when visiting Zion NP!! Less than 10 mins to entrance of Zion which we loved since we planned on getting to the park early. Place is BRAND NEW!! perfect layout for a family with kids as the upstairs loft had space with a queen and 2 singles. Would absolutely stay here again!

My recent stay at The Riv at Zion was one of the most memorable travel experiences I’ve had—peaceful, scenic, and nearly flawless. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Tucked just minutes from the entrance of Zion National Park, The Riv offers both convenience and tranquility. The surrounding views of red rock cliffs and the Virgin River are nothing short of spectacular, especially at sunrise and sunset. If you’re here for hiking or sightseeing, the proximity can’t be overstated—some mornings I was on a trail within 15 minutes of waking up. The cabin-style accommodations were modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I loved the mix of rustic charm and upscale finishes—comfy beds, high-end linens, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a cozy outdoor patio area where I could unwind under the stars. The fire pit by the river was a nice touch and perfect for relaxing after a long day in the park. Staff were warm, responsive, and helpful. Check-in was seamless, and their website had great local recommendations for restaurants. Overall, The Riv at Zion is a gem—peaceful, picturesque, and close to everything you need.

Bien ....mais pensez à demander un bungalow N. 9 ou supérieur, car les bungalows 1 à 8 ont vue sur un mur en métal assez peu glamour. Les logements sont bien équipés.
