Perfectly located at the middle of the town and easy to access the shuttles and a whole lot of Dining options! Nevertheless to say the wide options of breakfast options they have to start your morning! Must recommended!

Comfortable hotel in Zion

Very friendly staff...great location. Nice breakfast included, and fresh chocolate chip cookies at 5pm with great coffee .

Beware extra charges

I booked this hotel based on the positive rating but was slightly disappointed. On checking in I was advised on a 20 dollar a day parking charges. Whilst these charges are listed on their website they are not clearly shown and were not advised on the booking confirmation. The pool was also out of action the whole time we were there and whilst we could of used another hotels pool this involved travelling. Our room which was near the exit was also quite noisy as there were quite a few people coming in and out all throughout the night. This made it difficult to sleep.

Hotel was generally very nice however there was some minor issues with the room. The towel rack was on the floor, screw missing from the outlet cover, no bath fan, shower was warmer the the hot tub. Also they charged 20 a day for parking so that added up. I have been to springgdale before and not all hotels charge for parking.

Nice comfortable room near Zion Shuttle stop. Lots of restaurants and shopping walking distance. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh. Friendly helpful and kind staff. Manager was cheerful and and made sure we were taken care of. Two days after our departure, notified we had left a backpack in our room. They are shipping back to us. Honest and very efficient.

The location of this hotel is tough to beat. It is walking distance to great restaurants, coffee and Zion National Park. There are some issues with the bathrooms and they need an update. It was worth the expense for convenience, but I expected more from a Hampton inn. The staff was fantastic and the breakfast was great. Overall, it's a good stay, but I will probably try a different Springdale hotel next time.
