HOTEL UNDER CONSTRUCTION

If I could give this "resort" less than one star, I would. My wife's birthday weekend and our anniversary has started out awfully. We booked at Flanigan's Resort back on March 1st, 2025, through Hotels.com. When we arrived on April 19th, 2025, Flanigan's Resort gave us the last room they had available for 4 nights, took our credit card information, handed us our keys, and when we showed up to our room, we noticed there was a large ongoing construction project going on DIRECTLY NEXT TO our room and it's patio!! After seeing this disaster of a so-called "Resort" room view, my wife IMMEDIATELY went to the front desk asking to switch rooms. The woman at the front desk said, "sorry, there is nothing else available." We stewed on this response over lunch across the street, and realized there was no way we could stay at this resort for 4 consecutive nights, with loud construction starting at 8am on Monday, and continuing throughout the week. No way. My wife went back in to speak with the woman at the front desk and asked her what we could do. The woman told her it was too late to get a refund for our first night, as they do not have housekeeping currently on site to clean it, we had already had the room for a few hours, and so the stay could not be refunded. (A "Resort" without 24 hr housekeeping or housekeeping on call?? A "resort???) Being it our anniversary and my wife's birthday, this was upsetting, so I went in to talk to the woman myself. She told me to call Hotels.com, as she

The High Desert King rooms are modern, stark white and noisy as there is nothing to Absorb sound. The staff was very accommodating and was able to move us to one of their older rooms. While the amenities aren’t as new, we liked the warmth and “lodge “experience better.

The property was perfect for convenience. The spa was great ! The only problems I had were the shower valve wasn’t working properly and the air condition was very warm. Also the phone didn’t work but we just used our cell phones.

The property was well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived late in the evening and we were able to check in easily. They were doing some minor construction while we were there but it didn't really impact our stay. I would definitely stay again as it's one of the closest places to stay just outside of Zion National Park and the room was comfortable.

We received a warm welcome by Cade who was already anticipating our arrival and greeted us by name. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and attentive. The rooms keep getting better and better. Each time we visit, the rooms have an upgrade. The air conditioner was making unwanted noises at night and was waking us up. The hot tub was great. The temperature was just right to soothe our sore muscles! And I got a massage from Lulu who gave me one of the best massages I’ve had. I wish she was closer to me! The labyrinth at the top was very relaxing. I love its location. Fantastic stay! Definitely our go-to hotels in Zion!

Incredibly friendly staff and calm, zen atmosphere. Stayed here in early February and were some of the only guests, which was nice. The only thing I wish this place provided is a mini-fridge, but it’s not enough of an issue to remove a star. Overall a very nice experience.

Terrible Front Desk Service

The young man who checked us in at the desk didn’t have answers to questions and when I requested a room change from the top floor to one without exterior stairs to climb he was not accommodating. All he could say was I paid for a standard room. I wasn’t asking for an upgrade just not to go up exterior stairs with suitcases with a chance of frost or snow. The person next to him had to interject and switched our room. Also the outdoor labyrinth was not easily accessible and the trail leading up to it was in disrepair. Not impressed with hotel, service or accommodation
