Check-in was delayed 3 hours, from 4pm to 7pm. That was irritating. There was no daily cleaning service e.g. towels. Pool is cleaned too late in the morning. Hotel had smell of cigarette impregnation. We could smell cigarette smoke from other rooms.

The property was fine overall but going during downseason should not mean lack of staff and services and above all the food scene was terrible. Restaurants are closed or close early if they have limited patrons. Had to drive out to go get food. We are trying Golden Nuggets next weekend.

The adult pool was closed early on the same day that the swim around pool was drained and had construction on a Friday. This was the whole po t of the trip. To enjoy the adult pool and the swim around pool. This was awful that they did this especially on the start of a weekend.

It was Ok, but for what they call luxury room..the phone and the alarm clock had no power. The mirror in the bathroom had exposed wires.the room was clean but there was some thick dust showing on top of one of the cabinets..the pillows are very hard and not comfortable at all.
