This roomy, newly renovated, 4 bed, 2.5 bath lakefront home nestled in the woods of the Ozark foothills is about as close as you can get from the OKC or Tulsa area. You can catch some sun on the swim deck of the partially covered dock complete with powered jet ski lift, or while cruising the shoreline in one of the complimentary 4 inflatable 2-person kayaks, or standing paddle boards. Relax in one of the naturally shaded tiered backyard sitting areas while taking in the main lake views from the over 100 feet of lake frontage. This 1 acre private secluded lot also includes a large flat yard in front for outdoor games.

If you prefer, you can take in the views from inside, as the entire back end of this 2500 sq. Ft home has been opened to allow for maximal lake viewing from every corner of the home’s living area, as well as the master suite. Watch the frequently seen deer, foxes, and other wildlife from the comfort of the sofa, or the massive 10 seat dining table. With the additional 3 kitchen island stools, this home can serve 13 guests at one time. There are 4 queen beds and 2 twins, plus an additional full sized inflatable mattress to sleep up to 14 people. The new chef’s kitchen features, propane cooktop and 2 full sized ovens. You can see the Ozark Plateau sunsets even from the kitchen while standing behind the beautiful quartzite island with a built-in sink and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishes/utensils and ready to use, and a well stocked grocery store is only a 5 minute drive away. If you prefer to eat out, we have a selection of local eateries, including the restaurants of Hammerhead Marina which are just over 1 mile away.

Fantastic Grand Lake Trip

This beautiful property was the perfect place for our family vacation. The setting is wonderful and we spent many hours enjoying the shade and lake breeze, watching our granddaughter catch fish on the dock. The house has been beautifully remodeled inside and out and easily accommodated our group of 10. It is also located within 5 minutes of the grocery store and many eating options. James was an outstanding host and was greatly helpful, sending us multiple notes and checking in on us and asking if we had everything we needed. He even helped us out when our kids left a couple of things behind during checkout. Thanks again for everything James!

Beautiful stay

We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake out the big back windows and the decor of the home! It was very well stocked for all our families needs. We loved fishing off the dock and using the provided paddle boards! The beds were comfortable and we are excited to visit again soon!
