We had requested and were approved for an early check-in for which we were charged and willing to pay. When we arrived our room was not available. We waited until 2:30 when it should have been ready for 1:00. We purposely arranged our schedule for the early check-in. Later when we were checking out our receipt showed the charge. We had to argue with them to get it removed. We were very frustrated.
