Pool was nice and warm, i wish the hours were different. Hotel room was nice, efficient. However not super clean. Inside drawers and cabinets could use a little extra tlc with room service. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Staff was great and helped us with breakfast and extra towels

I cancelled after the “free cancellation” time by a couple hours. I knew I wouldn’t get my entire amount back but it stated online that I would have to forfeit one nights stay plus taxes and fees. That sucks- but okay I’m fine with that. Nothing I could do. The gal on the phone was nice and said thanks she would take care of it. I checked my bank the next day and They took the entire amount. It took four days and multiple calls to the property before they would refund me. The property manager said they were doing me a favor by refunding me (minus one nights stay) for part of the amount. It was very frustrating to deal with not being heard and then being talked to like they were doing a favor for me. When really they were following their cancellation policy. If you cancel- make sure you follow up and ensure they aren’t nickel and diming you.

We were here for the WWII reenactment. We always stay here. The only complaint that I have is the TV in the sitting area did not work. The ones in the bedrooms worked fine.

One night stand!

A room with a king bed and a sleeper sofa for 3 adults. We chose the room on price we wanted to pay for one night’s stay. We did not know when the sleeper is open for the sleeper using it, movement from one side of room to the other side of the room is impossible. Other than that the room and it’s amenities was excellent.

The water was extremely slow to drain and there was what looked to be blood on the wall in the bathroom. It did appear fairly clean on the surface though once I was in the room for the night noticed that it was probably not thoroughly cleaned in awhile.
