Family Accommodations in Vilamoura

A lovely hotel; all the staff were efficient and friendly. We felt welcomed and valued as guests with water, wine and a fruit plate on arrival ( late night arrival). Sonia, the golf concierge, was superb; arranging golf booking but also answering all my questions about club hire etc… pre-arrival. She is an asset to the hotel. The grounds are wonderful and maintained well. Pools are clean with one heated. Location between beach and marina offers options for walks. Rooms clean, well equipped and with comfortable beds. So good we booked a return visit almost as soon as we were home.

The room was very clean and clean towels were provided daily. We had a great view of the sea and the harbour. There was a very good range at breakfast. It was birthday whilst I was there and I arrived back to the room to find a complimentary bottle of wine and a large slice of cake, which I thought was such a thoughtful treat. Will happily return to this hotel

Staff go above and beyond to help all customers. Room was always clean and tidy and anything we required was sorted for us Breakfast always has an exceptional amount of choices for all different requirements and tastes. The bar food was also very lovely and fresh Would always highly recommend
