Nicely located

Comfortable bed but room a bit small but clean though towels not changed in 4 days - shower could have been a bit stronger but as ok - lady on reception very friendly and helpful - nice and central location - would definitely use it again

Good location, comfortable low cost option.

The hotel has a convenient location but can be noisy on weekends due to nearby bars. The lady who manages the hotel is very helpful if you have any issues. Like many hotels in Laos the condition is not the same as nearby Thailand so my rating reflects that. Everything worked in my room and the beds were comfortable. The hot water was good. If you stay there arrange transport with the hotel as it was much cheaper than doing it yourself outside with the tuk tuks. Many attractions are walking distance such as the popular waterfront and night market. Restaurants are everywhere although some are better located using your smart phone. I would stay again

You get what you pay for. Good room. Nice staff. Better then next hotel I paid more for. Wish I stayed longer.

価格面からして、多くを期待しないが、清潔感がない！それを気にしない人には、良いかもしれない。特に、洗面所、シャワー等メンテンスに行なえば良くなるのだが。これはホテル側が決めることだ。再度このホテルに宿泊しないし、他の旅行者に勧めない！

The madam of the hotel is excellent. Her arrangement and flexibility and understandingness are totally supreme, Also the location of the hotel is very convenient may be the best. You can get nearly everything nearby. This guest house is familiar, open and convenient.
