As soon as I arrived I was greeted with courtesy, smiles and a willingness to assist me by the staff. The property has been the best since i started my travels which has been 24 flights covering 10 countries in 1 year. It was extremely clean, spacious, had a bath and 2 showers and well within my budget of about ยฃ30 a night.

Very nice hotel for the price, includes breakfast and dinner, food price is extremely low compared to the west so a nice suprise with great quality. I found it odd that the table surfaces were not as clean as they should have been given the amount of labor standing around. Very nice experience regardless.

Excellent staff with excellent service.

Friendly and very accommodating staff. The breakfast was ok, pretty room but not so clean because the bathroom had smell and the tiles closed to the sink had toothpaste stains. Pretty good hot shower and great WiFi. If Iโ€™m going back to Vientiane, definitely Iโ€™ll book in this hotel because I feel safe and love the staff.
