The staff were helpful & friendly. It's great that non-dairy milk was available at breakfast. I've been a member of the BW Rewards program for many years and I've frequently made this simple request, "Include non-dairy milk", but this is the first time I've encountered it. Great job guys! It's hot & humid in this part of Texas, and the room was actually too cold for our liking, but when we changed the AC setting we got condensation on the floor; dangerous for older folk for fall risk.

The property was clean, but outdated. We were some of the only guests at the hotel, so it was very quiet. The breakfast was ok. Room was comfortable, quiet, but the tv didn’t work. Also, the smoke alarm right outside of the second floor had duct tape all over it, like maybe they had just painted? Either way, it won’t work, covered up like that. Also, when I asked for more hand towels, the staff member acted like it was a weird request, but then gave them to me. I would rate this stay ok, for the price.
