Horrible, never had a stay like this
Bed sheets had multiple blood stains as well as the comforter. There was also cheese stains on she comforter. Pillows were stained and pillow cases had some type of blood stain.The microwave had some type of melted food inside. The toilet seat had feces on the top of the toilet. Once I finished wiping the toilet seat was filthy. A/c made a screeching noise when it was on.

For a great price, I got a room that was clean, functional, comfortable bed, hot water and working plumbing. A/C worked fine. The breakfast area was nice and clean and many tables. Staff was friendly. Heck, what else do ya want?

The property itself was good, close to piers and restaurants. The room was spacious but dirty and old. The wifi signal was weak and cut off and on while watching TV. They say they are a dog friendly hotel but do not specify how much they charge until you get there. Had i known i would've left my dog at home. It cost an extra $80. The air unit made very loud noise when it turned on. They need to do a better job at cleaning the rooms. The staff was very nice. We had no problem checking in. They had designated spots for your dogs and had poop baggies available as well.

Good spot for a weekend trip!
Geneva, front desk clerk, was so personable, friendly and professional. I'd recommend staying here because the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool wasn't open however they're repairing and getting it ready for peak season (spring break). I really enjoyed our stay and will come again. Thank you!
