Nice large room, good location. Front of House staff did not explain how the lack of mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities can be accommodated by facilities in the dining area.

Room was too small. Insufficient cupboard space for clothes. Insufficient floor space to open suitcase. No shelves in bathroom for toiletries. No line in bathroom to hang washing. I paid extra for a "superior room " the same size as our 2017 room with a bigger bathroom.

Great hotel, staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was plentiful and well planned out, the bed was very comfortable, decent-sized bathroom with great amenities, and nice opening windows onto the street which provided a great atmosphere. Great location near the main shopping malls, and metro stations - great location - I've found my 'Paris' place to stay - will definitely stay here again. Thank you.
