The building is located on the left side of the Adige river, two steps walk from the Teatro Romano (ancient Roman Theatre still in activity) and from the ancient and quietest part of the town. .The house faces a courtyard (where kids can play) surrounded by Verona hills that gives to the apartment a cool atmosphere. Our guests can use the garden the courtyard and park there their car if small or medium sized, maximum width 1 , 95 m.

Cute apartment, charming neighborhood, close to the main sights

The apartment was comfortable and absolutely spotless. We had everything we needed if we chose to cook. A lovely garden backs up to the little balcony—some needed green space after a day of touring. It’s close to three bridges to ‘downtown’ Verona. It’s only a short hike from the end of the street to the top of the hill overlooking Verona—the best place to be in the evenings to watch the sunset and hear the bells. The water pressure and shower temperature were a little low for me but all else was perfect. Susanna also gave us helpful recommendations for restaurants and gelato.

Perfect place to discover Verona

Beautiful house and well equipped. It was centrally located to discover all of Verona by foot. The owners have a very nice garden nearby to enjoy. The place is good value and much appreciated.

Relaxing and Comfortable

We didn’t spend a great deal of time but that wasn’t our intent. Easy walk to all the places we wanted to see and dine at. The amenities worked well for us as did the beautiful back yard with table and chairs to sit. Inside was clean and well kept. Thanks to our host for a quiet and pleasant stay.

Gracie mille Suzi e Luca!

Our second Verona visit, we stayed with superhosts Susi & Luca for a month in this cozy Secret Garden apartment - daily listening to birds singing and church bells ringing rather than the traffic & turisti noise in Centro Storico. Secluded Veronetta haven is a short stroll a choice of 2 bridges that get you into CS. Very close to famous Giusti Gardens, and paved switchbacks up to a public terrace with a 180 degree view of the city (or walk toward Ponte Pietro & take a funicular). A wood stove in the garden lets you grill the fresh vegetables and sausages you bought in local markets. Don’t bother with a rental car; there is a bus stop just 4 blocks away, including a bus directly to the train station for exploring the Veneto. If you are looking for La Dolce Vida Italiano, stay here!

Wir hatte 2 Tage in Verona und die Ferienwohnung war der Perfekte Ort um von dort aus die Stadt vor allem die Altstadt zu erkunden. Mann erreicht in 10min zu Fuß die Altstadt und alles was Verona einem zu bieten hat. Sehr zentral sogar mit Privaten Parkplatz im Innenhof des Objektes.
