Residenza degli Scaligeri is located inside the “Palazzo Mazzanti”, a recently renovated building with a thousand-year history and part of the Mazzanti Houses, right in front of the statue of the “Lion of San Marco”. In the heart of Piazza Erbe, which is the oldest square in Verona, a UNESCO heritage site and has always been the beating heart of the city over the centuries, since Roman times.

The completely restored apartment is located on the third and top floor of the building, served by a lift and with independent access from the alley at the back of the historic square.

It is equipped with every comfort to make the most of your stay: Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and heating, Smart LCD-TV, washing machine, an equipped kitchen complete with all accessories for cooking, such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, dining area. It has a large and bright living room overlooking Piazza Erbe. Furnished in a modern and refined style, the large 150 sq m apartment includes a large living room with the original exposed wooden beams restored as originally, the ancient open fireplace and a mezzanine.

The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and a second bathroom with hydromassage tub.

We were right in the middle of it all! Perfect location for us and the size of the apartment was great. The windows are low to the ground- it is hard to see out of them if you want to watch the action below. The beds had dirt on top of them.

Great location and very clean. Apartments Arena were very responsive and helpful on our requests. Would have been more appreciated to start with more a few more amenities. Would like to have had soap dispensers in the bathrooms and kitchen. More coffee because when you are traveling for just a few days it’s not very easy to get out and purchase more so it’s helpful to have more than just starter items. Apartment Arena was very helpful and quickly responded to our request for more items! Getting in to location is a little complicated in the beginning but their instructions were very complete and we got better at it each time! Location is outstanding and it is a beautiful area.
