This solution includes 2 apartments ( piano terra + loft) in one house (villa d'arco apartment) and is completely at your disposal not shared with other guests. This house with the 2 apartments has been completely restored and inaugurated in 2018 and is part of a Barchessa which is part of the monumental complex of a Venetian villa of 1500, the two apartments are furnished with a mix of past and modern time with all the comforts that technology offers.

The house "villa d'arco apartment" is an excellent location as a starting point to visit the center of Verona and its surroundings as the "Valpolicella" famous for its wine cellars and ancient villas and at 15 minutes the beautiful lake of Garda, all reachable by electric bicycles (bookable in advance), next to our location passes the European cycle path "adige sole", 10 -15 minutes there are 2 thermal parks open all year until 24.00 where you can spend moments of relaxation (one of the 2 parks is the largest spa park in Europe)

The house is elegantly furnished with taste and style appropriate to the place is suitable for 4 + 4 = 8 people even for long stays of 2-3 weeks, with full kitchen with all accessories, appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, etc. , tv, free wifi, large covered patio where to have breakfast outside even in case of rain. private parking, the apartment is equipped with towels, sheets and bathroom sets with foam bath, soap ... ..

For the summer period to 10 minutes from our location there is a sports center with swimming pools and tennis courts and another water park with various pools and splash slides, all 2 can also be reached by bicycle (bicycles to book with days in advance)

Loved the historic villa/apartments!

We traveled to Verona with our entire family and found the apartments well-equipped and in a great location close to Verona. Vittoria & Roberto met us at the apartment and walked us through the entire property. It was a pleasure to meet them and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful setting with welcoming hosts

Every angle of the villa courtyard is stunning and the surrounding areas by car are incredible to visit. The hosts are extremely welcoming and charismatic, proving to be very helpful at every step. All 8 of us thoroughly recommend staying here if you want a glamorous taste of Italy
