The rooms are beautiful and the hotel is walking distance to a lot in the city. I just had trouble getting inside to the front desk as its upstairs but other than that loved it

Had a fabulous short stay here. Room was ready when we arrived at 10.30am and the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful in giving us information on the local area. Staff were always pleasant and polite. Lovely breakfast. We also had an early check out but they still made us a great cuppa before going and gave us some take away bags for us to fill with pastries for our journey. Very convenient location for visiting all the local attractions and less than a 10 minute walk to the bus and train station. Would definitely recommend!!

Excellent hotel with extremely comfortable room equipped with everything we needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location 5 minutes from city centre and 10 minutes from railway station. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Beautiful hotel

Everything about the stay was perfect! The hotel was located in a great spot- close enough to everything and yet quiet. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful and breakfast had a nice selection of items. We would definitely stay again if we return to Verona.

Absolutely wonderful and beautiful!

We were so pleased with this hotel. This is the best hotel we have stayed in Italy so far!! The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The room was gorgeous and even much nicer than the photos indicate. We were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is extremely well taken care of and hosts the best breakfast we have had on this trip! With vegan and gluten-free options, delicious coffee, hot and cold choices (I loved the build-your-own muesli station). You can also book spa sessions. Elevator works well. Not only would we stay here again - we didn’t want to leave. Thank you Relais
