No maid service for my 3 day stay, just new towels and garbage removal. Floor felt dirty, bed was adequate, nothing special. Breakfast was about the same as other cheap hotels, but the coffee wass horrible, no better than the abysmal room coffee. If you love carbs you are good. Lookung for protein, not much choice. Pool looked nice but it rained every day so I didn't use it.

This hotel is so amazing that I wasn’t ready to leave; I even booked an extra night after seeing how nice it is here! We stayed in a romantic suite with two rooms, with a large private jacuzzi/hot tub, which was incredible!!! (I got proposed to while in the jacuzzi!!) The staff were all very friendly and welcoming; when I asked for extra pillows and a blanket, they brought them to our room right away. The entire hotel and landscaping is beautiful and they have a few gazebos—one of them has a relaxing waterfall and a lovely view. The pool was larger than I expected, very clean and well-maintained, and it goes up to 9 feet deep. Breakfast is served everyday from 6–9 AM, and it’s set up like a mini restaurant! Honestly, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable place to stay!

The hotel is located centrally making it easy to get to where you need to go. The staff at the desk was very friendly, professional and helpful. Staff at the buffet were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and presented nicely. The food was just ok but better than we get at most hotels. The room was clean. Cons: The room had a musty smell. It was not too noticeable until I used my CPAP machine, and then it was stronger, hard for me to go to sleep. We were staying 2 nights, and we only had towels for one night. By the time we got back at night the lobby was closed so we could not ask for more towels. The towels were very thin and worn, same as the sheets. They were greyish in color. They were clean, just past their prime. The mattress was too FIRM, pillows too soft. Furniture is worn. No phone in room. The TV hardly had any channels and ran on wireless Wi-Fi, which was very weak signal. No passcode on Wi-Fi so not secure. The door when closed was not flush with the frame and did not shut tightly. The lock wobbled when the handle was pulled on making us feel insecure at night as we were on the first floor with an outside door. Overall, this hotel just needs updated badly with new supplies, fresh paint, new furniture, pillows, mattresses. Add some channels on a streaming service easy to use, phones to call the desk or 911 if needed. It's an ok place to stay one night if you are desperate but we probably would not book here again unless its updated.

What a great hidden gem! We booked 2 rooms, side by side on the second floor. The stairs were very easy to climb. The rooms were spacious and updated. The rooms had plantation shutters, which were a great touch! Breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast, but I did not like that an employee had to make my family members waffle. There was also no yogurt or fruit. Having dietary limitations, I could only eat a biscuit. Also, if family is sleeping in, no plates to go. The weight room was clean, up to date with nice equipment. The lobby was very nice and welcoming. One negative of the room, the toilet was basically at the floor and the tub appeared to have been reglazed but layers of glaze had been removed (likely cleaning products). Shower pressure was good. Water heated quickly. Fridge worked great and a/c was incredibly cold. We did not use the pool, but looked nice. I heard others talking saying it was cold. The outside is somewhat unassuming and deceiving. I would absolutely stay here again. It was a great hidden gem.
