Property and rooms need a reno. Desk staff were polite but inattentive. Housekeeping was poor. Room cleanliness was also below standards. We were inconvenienced by having to change rooms mid stay due to ants in the room. No compensation offered or extended. Room layout was inadequate for longer than overnight stay. Breakfast was exactly the same every day; unkept, unclean, and poorly stocked. Food selection and food quality was substandard, and food not stocked adequately. Weekend days were worse than weekends. Food service staff on weekends were not present. Staff during weekdays barely adequate. Overall, price, value, and quality substandard, especially for Marriott Bonvoy. Very disappointing stay. I DO NOT recommend.
