Atención personalizada.

El trato por parte del hotel fue bueno, nuestra habitación se batalló mucho con el funcionamiento del clima al acudir a recepción el gerente rápidamente envío a personal de mantenimiento y acudió el personalmente, nos cambiaron de habitación para mayor comodidad.

Me lleve una gran decepción ver tan descuidado el hotel, las habitaciones feas, camas viejas y duras sin patas el colchón en el piso no servían las lámparas el baño sucio las puertas carcomidas de la humedad ,la verdad dejen de estar ofertando el hotel y no me respetaron el precio que me habían dado ustedes, no lo recomiendo me dió asco dormir en esas camas.

Con respecto a la reservación que hice con ustedes. 1.-Había pedido por favor NO se me reservara en las palapas o cabañas. Y fue ahí exactamente donde me dieron mi habitación. 2.- Pedí habitación para 5 perdonas. Y cuando llegue al hotel me comentan que ellos no tenían ya habitaciones para 5 personas, que cuando se hizo la reservación por medio de ustedes ya no sabían y aún así se reservó. 3.- Me costó 500 más pasarme a una habitación para 5 personas y pasarme al área del hotel. La verdad me gustaría saber de quien fue el error y reclamar mi diferencia. Por qué no fue lo acodado.

Hotel en malas condiciones

El hotel está sumamente deteriorado en términos generales, las habitaciones literalmente se caen a pedazos, el costo por el hospedaje realmente es elevado para lo que se ofrece, es un hotel enorme y lindo realmente da tristeza ver que este tan descuidado.

EL hotel está muy descuidado, las habitaciones son vejas, y huelen mucho a humedad, vimos mucha basura en el hotel, el personal es amable, pero falta muchisimo mantenimiento a las instalaciones, renovar mobiliario, pintura, actividades, etc.

A la llegada muy mal la atención comentaron que no había ninguna recervacion aun enseñando mi numero de folio que me proporcionaron en mi correo comente que ya estaba hasta pagado a lo que me respondieron que estaba pagado pero a expedía no a ellos muy mal por eso lado es una señorita que esta en recepción en este hotel. Al final me dieron una habitación medio fea por lo que yo pague en fin trate de disfrutar el fin de semana olvidándome de esa persona.

Estuvo bien, lo único es que siento que el hotel está como muy abandonado. Hace unos 12 años lo visité por primera vez y tenían una mejor calidad en sus instalaciones. Noté las albercas algo sucias y con agua estancada. Les hace falta darle un poco más de mantenimiento en general a todo el hotel. Es un lugar muy lindo, pero hay que saber explotar más el hotel.
