The beds were comfortable. Front desk wasn’t staffed adequately. Long lines. Some staff seemed happy and interested in helping, most others were just there doing their job without a helpful attitude. There wasn’t any AC in the lobby so waiting in line to check in was miserable. This was also the breakfast area so it was uncomfortable while trying to have breakfast. Breakfast items were average.

Al principio ya no me querían hacer valida mi reservacion porque no había pagado con 72 horas de anticipación, en la pagina dice que puedo pagar al momento del check in, despues de dimes y quejas, me la hicieron valida y eso porque llegue a las 8:30 am aunque el check in era a las 3pm, sino seguro me dejan fuera.
