We had the suite. For the price, comparable resorts in the United States would be 2-3 times as expensive. It was mitiuclously cleaned and maintained. The pool was wonderful. The beach was quiet and private. The neigborhood was beatuitful and you could tell that this was likely the premier neigborhood for the metro area. That buffet was good offering a wide variety of breakfest options. The staff was friendly and attentive. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Welcoming and super friendly staff, rooms very clean and comfortable, we have a room with ocean view and it was a great experience, nice and big pool and connected to the beach; We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and three surprised her with a piece of cake and a birthday card, I must say they were really committed to providing a great experience for all the family

Avoid this overpriced disaster! What should have been a relaxing beach getaway turned into a nightmare. Despite paying premium prices for this so-called luxury resort, I encountered: Filthy room floors covered in grime Broken air conditioning stuck at a sweltering 74°F minimum Rude, unhelpful staff throughout my stay False advertising about amenities that simply don't exist The lobby renovation chaos was just the beginning. My room was hot, muggy, and smelly with no relief possible. The gap between their marketing promises and reality is shocking. Save your money - this place doesn't deserve the luxury label it claims.
