My wife and I stayed for our 3 year wedding anniversary, and our overall stay was less than satisfactory, first we were given the wrong room, then we were moved to the correct room in which the A/C was not working properly it took them 2 days to figure out what the issue was. Secondly the pool staff spent more time talking to each other than servicing the pool area. Lastly which was the most annoying and inappropriate situation was the high pressure sales tactics they use to sell you a time share, I’m there to enjoy my vacation I don’t want to be sold anything. I would not stay there again.

The staff was wonderful. We had a leak in our bathroom and they immediately got us to a much better and bigger room. They made everything so easy and smoth. Awesome place, but service needs improvement.

The hotel, location, amenities are very good but the service is so sub standard for a hotel like this one. They need to hire people that care about their jobs and take pride working with the guest.

We had problems getting hot water for taking a shower twice. You don't expect to face into this issues on this kind of hotel. Beside that, everything was fine.

The hotel could use some updating. Bathrooms & beds were very nice. Wind was high (Not their fault) but It did expose some issues with the windows & doors: Wind was blowing throgh closed doors & windows. Dirt was left in hallway for two days. Over all is was good
