When you see negative reviews, it’s probably a good idea to stick to avoiding booking this property at all costs. The photos are not at all a representative of the way the property looks/maintained!! 1-star….The property management company lied and said the place where you pick up your key is a two minutes walk from where they store the lockbox that contains your key. In actuality, it is a 23minute walk up (way longer with luggage) down a series of bridges filled with stairs. In 100% of the cases when people travel, they have luggage, therefore, going up and downstairs is not feasible. It would’ve been nice if their online registration process wouldn’t have glitched. I would’ve known that there’s a fee that has to be paid prior to you getting a pin in order to unlock the lockbox to obtain your key. That alone wasted 1.5 hours in a hot luggage locker room.In addition, upon arrival the air conditioning did not work in either room. Although they were great at communicating w/fuse box, that does not solve the problem of the inaccuracies when it comes to cleanliness and new modern photos that are posted on the property listing. The sink was clogged, entire property that looks modern and clean was old, broken down, cracked door frames, dingy, unpainted, w/unmaintained walls surrounding the inside of this apartment. We didn’t even stay…we left. Goodbye 500 we booked another property!Unless you’re looking for a 1-star stay I don’t recommend this property nor company.

No internet connection bad service

Even though it states there WiFi that is false. The connection is either very slow or non existent which was most of the time. This meant I couldn’t work even though I booked for 15 days so I can work from Venice. Was sitting in cafes but that was poor solution. When I asked for it to be fixed they gave all sorts of explanations like there is an issue in the area, there is no fibre etc. all not true as I sat in that are and it was fine in any cafe or wine bar and neighbours also said that’s not true. In addition the place is nice but nothing like the pictures and they only have one wine glass in the flat (very different from the set up table in the picture). Communication with the local office was slow and trying the head office was impossible. They must be some of the worse property managers I’ve come across. The only positive is the location off the beaten track.
