No internet connection bad service
Even though it states there WiFi that is false. The connection is either very slow or non existent which was most of the time. This meant I couldn’t work even though I booked for 15 days so I can work from Venice. Was sitting in cafes but that was poor solution. When I asked for it to be fixed they gave all sorts of explanations like there is an issue in the area, there is no fibre etc. all not true as I sat in that are and it was fine in any cafe or wine bar and neighbours also said that’s not true. In addition the place is nice but nothing like the pictures and they only have one wine glass in the flat (very different from the set up table in the picture). Communication with the local office was slow and trying the head office was impossible. They must be some of the worse property managers I’ve come across. The only positive is the location off the beaten track.
