I forgot to take my two rings left them on the counter in the room When I was hurry to catch the train. I’m quite sure that the house keeper took them since she was the only person got to the room to clean it after I left. But she said that no and refused to return them to me. One is an authentic pear with 14K ring. Another one has three big cubics looks like dimonds

Excellent Choice

This place is extremely convenient. First, they have a free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. Second, there is a train station right behind the hotel, which makes it very convenient to reach Venice.

Great stop over hotel enroute to the Dolomites

Great place to stay enroute to another destination. Free shuttle to and from airport. In a quiet location. Noticed it is right next to a rail line running to Venice and other hubs. The restaurant was excellent as well as th breakfast. Our room was spacious as well.

We enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza. Originally, we booked this because it was near the airport, but we ended up staying longer in Venice than anticipated and extended our stay to four nights. The hotel is located in a charming area about 15 minutes from the airport and right next to the train station which is a 25 minutes and 4 Euro ride into Venice. The food and service was excellent, including the breakfast buffet. My only criticism is that the hotel is dated and could use some upgrades. Overall, our hotel was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay here. Communication with the hotel was excellent. They couldn't arrange the transfer from the airport but agreed to pay for our taxi from Marco Polo without any issues. Check in was very quick and professional and all staff were friendly, especially Joseph behind the bar whose customer service was beyond excellent. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you
