The team at Ninfea were incredibly helpful with all our questions and requests. They helped us with transfers to the train station and personally escorted us to the water taxi station! I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers who are looking for a centrally located boutique hotel with personal service in a quiet area and close to San Marco Square. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners on our last day. They are thoughtful and caring people. You can see their values immersed in the beauty of the hotel. It’s a wonderful team at Ninfea. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit to Venice.

My overall experience was good and the room was very clean and nice as shown in the photos however, I did not like the fact that the tv was not working properly in the room and Elia said that they would come to fix it the next day, but nobody ever came to check on it, so we werent able to use netflix or youtube during our stay. other than the tv issue it was very nice.

The location is very convenient , very close where the water taxi drops you off , the price from the St Lucia Station to the hotel is 75€. Elia service was amazing, he helped us from the beginning till the end with the information and even with our luggages. The hotel is so quiet, location is perfect, is so clean and amenities are perfect. Ideal for couples. We will come back for sure!

This property was absolutely gorgeous! Everything about it was terrific. Especially the people! The staff is great and friendly and the owners are such sweet and lovely people. Very accommodating and even helped me with my transport to the train station upon checkout so it made me feel very taken care of. Anyone will be lucky to stay here for their trip to Venice. We absolutely loved our stay at Ninfea Luxury Suites. It’s a small boutique hotel with just a few rooms, which made the whole experience feel really quiet and personal. The location is amazing—tucked away on a peaceful street but just a short walk from St. Mark’s Square and great shopping. We stayed in the Lilium Suite, which was absolutely beautiful—elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. What really made it special, though, were the hosts. Elia and Kardi were so warm and welcoming, always happy to help with anything we needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. If you’re looking for a relaxed, intimate place to stay in Venice, this is a great choice.

The owners are very welcoming, extremely helpful and providing advise for everything. From restaurants, booking water taxis, carrying the luggage to the pickup spot of the boats. The rooms are very clean, modern, and quiet.

Kardi and Elia were so helpful with navigating the area and with travel (water taxis and trains). Great location! The hotel is clean and beautiful with all the accommodations needed for your comfort. Loved that the room had a tea kettle and mini fridge with drinks and snacks. The shower was so cool too (Mimosa room). Bed was super comfy! Thank you! Highly recommend!

10 out of 10! The Lilium room was so incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The Camelia room also beautiful. Very elegant and tastefully designed. Beds so comfortable. Was truly an oasis to come back to after day of exploring Venice. Hosts Kardi and Elia so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay in Venice. They were by far THE best hosts we encountered in our 3 week stay in Europe. Highly recommend Ninfea Luxury Suites! Will definitely return.

Excellent boutique hotel

I would highly recommend this boutique hotel. It is in a great central location, the rooms were lovely and clean but most of all the staff were amazing. Elia couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating!
