Take us back! We had a lovely time at Ninfea. I'd heard all sorts of horror stories about getting lost in the maze of Venice after a late landing, and part of our decision to choose this hotel was due to its ease. Around three mins walk from the vaporetto, great location - many tourist spots easily walkable from the hotel. The room was beautiful - exactly as the pictures presented and the level of comfort was better than expected. The bed was particularly comfortable and Kardi ensured that any questions we had, or knowledge needed about Venice, was answered. Book without hesitation: Venice and Ninfea will not disappoint.
We didn't arrive until midnight but the sight was beautiful!

The room was absolutely gorgeous, just as pictured, and even had a small area with a sofa and table. Our concierge, Elia, provided us with excellent, impeccable service, always assuring that we felt safe and taken care of. For example, he met us at the water taxi stop and led us to the hotel, rolling our luggage across cobblestones and up stairs for perhaps a quarter mile. His recommendations for restaurants were great, too! He also encouraged us to text him at any time if we had questions or issues.

The staff at the hotel were so accommodating and planned our water taxi for us to make the arrival literally effortless. Everything was prompt and they even met us at the dock on arrival and helped us to depart at the dock closest to the hotel. The staff were so friendly and polite towards us and we loved the small boutique feel of the hotel. Bedding was very good, and that was important to us. The entire property was spotless. Staff helped us with dining options and navigating support. Ask a question and they’ll support you. Quiet as it’s off the super busy areas, but so close to the action. We couldn’t review this stay any higher to be honest, and we can see why the hotel has a perfect rating. Incredible stay for my wife and I!

The owners of this hotel are incredibly thouhjtd, helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make our first night in Venice magical ! The room was clean, well furnished with the most comfortable bed. The decor was a great mix of traditional and modern. Every detail was considered. This boutique hotel is beautiful, clean and very quiet. The hotel manager assisted us from checking in, helping with our itinerary and even carried our bags to the water taxi. We have already recommended this hotel to friends and plan to stay here again!

The team at Ninfea were incredibly helpful with all our questions and requests. They helped us with transfers to the train station and personally escorted us to the water taxi station! I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers who are looking for a centrally located boutique hotel with personal service in a quiet area and close to San Marco Square. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners on our last day. They are thoughtful and caring people. You can see their values immersed in the beauty of the hotel. It’s a wonderful team at Ninfea. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit to Venice.

My overall experience was good and the room was very clean and nice as shown in the photos however, I did not like the fact that the tv was not working properly in the room and Elia said that they would come to fix it the next day, but nobody ever came to check on it, so we werent able to use netflix or youtube during our stay. other than the tv issue it was very nice.

The location is very convenient , very close where the water taxi drops you off , the price from the St Lucia Station to the hotel is 75€. Elia service was amazing, he helped us from the beginning till the end with the information and even with our luggages. The hotel is so quiet, location is perfect, is so clean and amenities are perfect. Ideal for couples. We will come back for sure!

This property was absolutely gorgeous! Everything about it was terrific. Especially the people! The staff is great and friendly and the owners are such sweet and lovely people. Very accommodating and even helped me with my transport to the train station upon checkout so it made me feel very taken care of. Anyone will be lucky to stay here for their trip to Venice. Definitely coming back with friends and family!
