Great place. Earlier I left the comment that the air conditioning wasn't so good.. I wish to retract that comment. It works, just slightly slow.. This hotel is right on tram and bus lines! Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Super clean too.

Terrible property. It should only be reserved for low income backpackers looking for a hostel. Very bad room and horrible cleanliness. The breakfast is a scam. $12 per person and we got a stale croissant and coffee for it. False advertising and their ratings are misleading on Expedia and Hotels.com.

Stayed for one night. Very convenient for exploring Venice and close to bus and train transport links. Helpful staff guided us to nearby bus to / from Venice which was only 200m from hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

This hotel is great, friendly staff. We walked to train and bus stops, very convenient for transportation and you can get your bus tickets at the hotel. Breakfast is great, if you are looking for eggs and bacon I suggest you go elsewhere. But for continental breakfast it’s one of the best. Croissant and coffee is amazing. Very clean hotel, and comfortable beds. There isn’t much noise which was excellent in my opinion. Overall it’s a great hotel, it’s affordable and was very convenient and comfortable for our stay. I have no complaints and I will definitely book this hotel again in the future as Venice is now my favourite place. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for taking care of us. We appreciate everything you did.

I really liked the place. For the price, you can’t go wrong. The area felt like it was Venice’s version of Brooklyn. It felt safe walking back from the bus stop to the hotel. It was a 15 min to Venice by bus. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was nice and adequate. It expected of an Italian breakfast (croissaints, bread, nutella strawberry spread and butter, fresh juice, hot chocolate, yogurt and they had a cereal station. The staff were great and helpful you can buy the bus tickets from reception. It was a 4 min cab ride to Mestre station. The room was so comfy we overslept on our first night. The air-conditioning was cold and climate-controlled.

I was amazed with the service that was given to us, they had great workers who made us feel safe and taken care of. The receptionist translated everything for us that was Italian, in the morning a worker who helped us was working serving breakfast for about 30 people and did a magnificent job. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at!

My experience was Really good. the place was nice and clean. the best of all was breakfast. When we got out of our room to go to breakfast you could smell and say that the breakfast was made there and was fresh. The baked goodies were delicious I’m very very satisfied with their service. Brilliant location - 2 mins bus stop - 10 mins into Venice city. Breakfast ok - standard continental, place clean, large rooms and huge comfortable beds. Staff very helpful and informative - perfect base for exploring venice without the huge cost and hassle of staying in Venice itself. Perfect - would recomment to anyone.
