No restaurant otherwise good.

Generally good value and I would stay again. Perfect location for Paris sight seeing as RER next door and La Defense within walking distance. Only gripe was I picked the hotel as it says it has a restaurant and thought we’d prefer that after a day site-seeing. We went for the weekend and not only was it closed but on the Sunday all the restaurants surrounding the hotel are closed. It was crisps and biscuits for dinner, not what we expected for a night in Paris! Breakfast was lovely though.

The only good thing about the hotel was only one minute from the metro. Staff were not friendly at all , specially the tall African girl at the reception, house keeping were very nice. Breakfast was ok and during the weekend not much to offer .

Fine for a cheap functional stay in Paris.

The stay here was fine. The staff were great and the room was functional. The lobby is also a nice area to chill. The room was also fine. However, I was on the 5th floor and could hear and feel the metro running underneath the hotel every couple of minutes making the room shake. Also the room layout is slightly weird and the deck needs a bit of an update. The room was definitely well used.

Terrible bed with thick Velcro

This hotel is about a block away from La Defense area which is amazing after a show. The room was nice and clean. My biggest issue is the bed was 2 twins put together and there was very thick Velcro running against the bed. There was no way to sleep comfortably. That bed is terrible and should be thrown away. Otherwise staff and room was great for after a show stay.

AVOID THIS ONE

Reception staff not very helpful except Jessy. Would not give us any milk for tea and rather patronising attitude of the young lady. The rooms are small and tiny toilet. Loud sound of underground trains all day and night. Beds of poor quality. Miles away from the city centre and Main railway station.

The staff is not caring. When we arrive at 18:30, they send us to the room and it was not ready. The second day,when we return the room was not ready also, and when asking they told us they only make room once every 4 days. And this was not mentioned when we reserve.

Despite this being out of the city center and there is nothing near the hotel. There were great transport links to the city center with the train station being a 30-second walk from the hotel. The staff was friendly and there were no complaints about the cleanliness. My only suggestion would be more variety for the hot food during breakfast as there was only bacon, sausages and scrambled egg. I would definitely stay again!

I stay here every week and always have to ask for my club membership privileges, not to mention the request on my booking for certain rooms which are never met automaticaly but always get the room on the check-in desk but have ask if they forgot to read?! clearly dont read bookings nor look at the profile of the customer and just see "numbers" rolling in. Apart from checkin process and check in at the desk when i arrive, the staff are brilliant especially the restaurant and breakfast staff, rooms are great, and location perfect for office
