While there is currently no air conditioning in the home, rest assured that we have plans to install it before the warm PNW summer months, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests.

‣ The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited.
I utilize a third party co-host in order to assist you 24/7 to ensure you are well taken care of during your stay. I hope you enjoy this home as I have, and I know you will have a good experience with the team I have.

Everything is available for guest use including the detached RV slip and hookups upon request.

Step outside onto the covered porch, illuminated by automatic lights, perfect for setting the evening mood. Down the hallway, three adjacent bedrooms share a stylishly appointed bathroom. For added convenience, find the laundry room through the garage, along with a secondary half bath.
