Lovely corner room with stunning views, and the room was comfortable and clean. Nice location only 5 minute walk to the old town. Came for a Christmas market and they had 7 on the go. We visited the two in old town that may have been the biggest we have ever seen. They go to town on celebrating Christmas! Tip: try top of Innsbruck. Great lunch and amazing views. The rooftop bar and restaurant are nice but when busy you can go ages without being presented a waiter. We chose to leave after 50 minutes of being promised. We went elsewhere instead. That was the only disappointment and not a major one at that. Recommend the friendly staff in reception and the hotel does what it can to make your stay a lovely one

I booked a Superior Room for a better Alps view and requested a room not facing the train station and early check-in in advance. I understand these requests aren’t guaranteed, but I would appreciate to received a reply. The room was nice, but it faced the train station and train noise was noticeable. The view included both the Alps and the station. Had I known, I would have booked a Classic Room at a lower price, as the experience would have been similar. Staff was polite but impersonal and kind of disconnected from guests. Location is convenient, though the surrounding area was not the cleanest.

We booked the Adler Hotel for the views and the location. The views did not disappoint! The hotel is a bit difficult to get into in Innsbruck as it doesn't have a formal entry to drive up and register. Instead you drive into the parking garage and make your way up the elevator to the registration floor. This caused some frustration when we were trying to arrive! But we did figure it out - apparently others felt the same way! The staff was very helpful upon arrival however. Yay! Our room was large with lots of windows. There was a good amount of space for storage and the rocking chairs were a welcome change to just benches and stiff chairs. The breakfast was lovely with homemade cakes & breads. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is about 10 min walk into old town but very straightforward and nice to have some quiet.

The mountain view room was absolutely amazing!! The rooftop bar was great but unfortunately it was closed when we tried to go back and watch the sunset. We slept with the curtains open and we did get a beautiful sunrise to wake by. The breakfast was also one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts that I have had. Nice spread.

Stayed a week. Room was partially dusted when checked-in. After three days I had to ask for a proper cleaning with dusting and vacuuming as it was difficult to sleep there. It was not possible to open windows. It was the dustiest hotel I have ever stayed. Staff was helpful in general. mountain view is lovely. Breakfast was extremely expensive therefore skipped. Some days after coming back to room, despite the regular room service, toilet was smelly, I didn't understand why. There was train sounds in the night and early morning. I used the room mainly for sleeping because of full-day meetings. It was not worth the money paid.

Nice place to stay

Very close to the main train station and easy walking distance to Old Town and Maria Theresa Strasse (shopping snd restaurants). Rooms are on the 7 - 10th floors so you have a nice view of the city.
