It was challenging to have no dishwasher, and complicated access to laundry and yard, due to Tenant living below. Parking was a challenge too. I recommend more towels and convenient features.

Vallejo Stay

Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first. But it was quiet and calm. It was tough finding parking on the street. Overall enjoyed our stay watched movies on Netflix and even took advantage of the stove! Wished there had been notes about where to find more towels, did not realize there was a closet full of them. There were 6 of us and we couldn’t find enough blankets, gets cold during the night. Victor Reached out and his communication was amazing. Easy Check In!

This property smells, can't decided if it's the cleaning solution they use to mask something else, or just smells. There are people who come and go in the basement. There is only 1 bathroom, and ZERO outlets in the bathroom. This is in a not so nice neighborhood and the parking stinks. You have to climb a ridiculous amount of steps to get in. Will not return. This place is WAY overpriced for what it is.
