Logement trÚs sommaire mais terrasse agréable

À notre arrivĂ©e nous avons trouvĂ© facilement la maison et aucun problĂšme avec les clĂ©s. Par contre nous avons Ă©tĂ© surpris par l’odeur en entrant, en effet cela sentait le renfermĂ© et impossible de faire partir l’odeur mĂȘme dans les placards, malgrĂ© une aĂ©ration constante ! Il manquait tout de mĂȘme les basiques comme des torchons par exemple pour la cuisine, faisant le voyage en avion, nous n’avions pas pu emmener toute la maison, nous avons dĂ» racheter tous les produits de base. AprĂšs cela n’est que personnel. Les assises (lit canapĂ©) ne sont pas trĂšs confortables malgrĂ© une taille convenable, de plus il n’y a pas de volet aux fenĂȘtres Le point fort, la petite terrasse verdoyante ! PlutĂŽt agrĂ©able pour les repas (attention aux chats errants ;)) NĂ©anmoins la vue n’était pas dingue, nous avions en perspective une autre rĂ©sidence. L’environnement et les alentours ne sont pas plus Ă  couper le souffle. Nous partions donc en excursion tous les jours. Petit truc, certaines indications n’étaient qu’en allemand (notamment pour ouvrir un velux) donc un peu compliquĂ©.

Wunderbares kleines Appartement geeignet fĂŒr 2 Personen

Das Appartement "Avodado" ist ein gemĂŒtlicher Standort fĂŒr die Erkundung von Sardiniens Norden von der WestkĂŒste von Stintino und Alghero bis nach Santa Teresa di Gallura (in beide Richtungen ca. eine Stunde Fahrzeit mit dem Auto). Das Appartement liegt in einer HĂ€userzeile mit weiteren Wohneinheiten, die meisten davon aber nicht touristisch genutzt. Vor dem Eingang zum Appartement findet man eine Terrasse mit kleinem Garten die wir zum FrĂŒhstĂŒcken und Grillen (ein kleiner Rundgrill war vorhanden) genutzt haben. Von dieser Terrasse aus blickt man auf die davor liegende HĂ€userfront weiterer zweistöckiger Appartements. Die Raumaufteilung ist fĂŒr Paare optimal: Im Untergeschoss liegt ein großer Wohn- und KĂŒchenbereich mit Esstisch und Schlafsofa und eine kleine Kammer mit Toilette und Waschmaschine. Die KĂŒche war bestens ausgestattet, es fehlte absolut nichts!! Im Obergeschoss befinden sich ein Bad mit Dusche, Bidet und Toilette und das Schlafzimmer, zusĂ€tzlich ein kleiner Abstellraum und ein Balkon ĂŒber die ganze Breite des Appartements. Die Aussicht von diesem Balkon geht auf die Kirche von La Ciaccia! Insgesamt also kein Meerblick vom Appartement aus; dazu muss man aber nur ein paar Meter gehen, da das Meer lediglich knappe 100 Meter entfernt ist (aber kein Strandabschnitt sondern steiler KĂŒstenabschnitt). Die Möblierung ist insgesamt ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber durchaus auch massiv, insbesondere im Untergeschoss; die Matratze des Doppelbetts im Obergeschoss ist aber absolut nicht durchgelegen (2018!!!). Die AtmosphĂ€re war wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes von Mitte September bis Anfang Oktober insgesamt absolut entspannend und ruhig. Angenehm sind die nahe gelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (zwei Minunten Fußweg) fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf: eine BĂ€ckerei/Konditorei, ein Supermarkt, eine Eisdiele. Ein Fahrzeug ist natĂŒrlich, wie fast ĂŒberall auf Sardinien empfehlenswert!
