Amazing stay

Amazing stay. This boutique hotel is quite unique. Only 3 rooms a great exclusivity feeling plus the fact that the decoration was just amazing. If you are a fan of non modern and stylish decoration it is an hotel just for you!

A unique converted mansion. Gracious host whose English was as bad as my Spanish but we managed. Night staff was fluent so there were no problems. Valladolid is a hidden gem and Coqui Coqui was memorable

Maria de Soledad gave excellent service - she anticipated every need and worked very hard. I had a good massage by Paolo. Wonderfully evocative decor. We were not in the room with the best light and there were no surface areas to place anything. I wish we had had more time for the beautiful library with all the enticing books to read. Good restaurants very close and Valladolid is charming. This location is out of the fray of those coming in by bus from Cancun who seem to converge around the main square.

Entiendo por que gusta tanto, pero el estilo “decadente” de la propiedad no es para todos, algunas cosas parecen mal mantenidas. En la mañana, la opción de café/desayuno bajo aviso, no es para todos. Pasar por la tienda si es un gusto. Repito: Entiendo por que gusta y tienen éxito, pero hay cosas que mejorar.

Increíble experiencia!

La experiencia coqui coqui es increíble, tuvimos cortes de energía eléctrica pero no culpa del establecimiento, aunque podrían tener algún black up como una planta para estos casos, haciendo de lado ese suceso, la experiencia es fantasruca, la habitación asombrosa y la atención de Soledad y todo su staff es súper top, definitivamente regresaremos en el futuro.

Service is impeccable, rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. A stunning experience. Do NOT miss the opportunity to get a massage. The venue is a dream and the massage is very high level.
