Great first experience in a hostel

I never stayed in a hostel before, and this it was a nice first experience! I reserved an only women/4 beds room, which made it not so crowded space. The place was clean, the items (comforter, towel, pillow) impeccable, the staff very nice and helping people and the breakfast was a wonderful surprise with a great specialty coffee. And the location couldn´t be better. Really recomended!

Clean and modern furnishings in the rooms. It is close to the cathedral and in the Old Town it can be noisy at night in the hotel .

Good value for money

Had the double private room which was very comfortable, incl. the bed. Only issue was that heating kept coming on in the room automatically and so had to keep asking for it to be turned off. Not much social interaction between guests in the hostel and a fair walk from the younger areas for bars. Overall good value for money!

This is an amazing hostel! The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the area is super close to many of the sights and numerous restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend to others!

This place is very good, the positives are; the location is perfect, Syra Coffee on-site, very friendly and helpful team, clean/tidy. My only criticism is that the bathrooms are communal and awkward, the toilet cubicles are so small that it’s uncomfortable to sit down. Overall, would recommend Room00

Personeel was super vriendelijk en de locatie was echt top. Daarmee is helaas wel alles gezegd. We hebben ruim €110 betaald voor een ‘deluxe’ kamer. Er was weinig luxe aan. De kamer was alles behalve geluidsdicht, waardoor je de gehele nacht andere gasten thuis hoorden komen. Daarnaast maakte de afzuiger in de badkamer continue een zeurend en niet consequent geluid. Over de badkamer nog niet gesproken, de douche was zo klein dat je niet kon bewegen. Wij zijn beide slank, maar als je iets zwaarder geweest was, had je niet kunnen douchen. Ik heb de douchekop moeten vastzetten met een kitrand dat loshing elders in de badkamer. De muren waren beplakt met vinyl (dat eigenlijk voor de vloer bedoeld is). Wij hadden sterk het idee dat ze voor zo min mogelijk geld het hebben geprobeerd op te knappen. Wij zijn na 2 slapeloze nachten om 4.30 uur ‘s nachts vertrokken, omdat wij niet konden slapen. Tot slot beschikt dit hotel wel over airco, maar deze mag je niet zelf bedienen. ‘S nachts is onze airco uitgezet, zonder dat wij hier invloed op hadden. Hierdoor was de kamer ook nog eens bloedheet. Wij komen hier nooit meer. Aan de locatie en aan het personeel lag het niet. Tip aan het hotel: koop oordopjes voor je gasten. Wij hebben dit ‘s nachts gevraagd, maar deze waren niet beschikbaar. Best gek voor een hostel en een kleine investering lijkt me.
