Staff were friendly and efficient, from check-in, at breakfast and throughout our stay. Breakfast had good choice and all good quality - for some reason the bacon was served cold. The room was a good size with efficient air conditioning. The only niggle was that the bathroom extractor fan was not working.

The breakfast was good but I wish they will serve some variety of food daily. The 3 days we stayed, it’s all the same food that we had every single day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The one thing I really like about this place is the location. It is very close to the arts and science center, within walking distance. The best part is, there’s a huge mall across the hotel and so many places to eat and shop.

The staff is nice, but the building is in a state of disrepair I haven't witnessed for a long time. Crooked doors, useless locks on all the toilets, and a surprise ceiling waterfall right after taking a shower. The rotten door frames suggest this is a regular feature here, not a bug. Go for the friendly smiles, stay for the indoor floods! 🌧️
