Mooi huisje en netjes

Het is een prachtige woning, alles was heel schoon en netjes. Het huis vonden wij van binnen prachtig vooral alles was nog in nieuwstaat. De paar nadelen is de buurt het is een soort achterstandswijk van Valencia. Dat vind ik wel eng in het begin vooral omdat de jongeren vooral in de buurt van de woning aan het hangen zijn .Ook vonden we het best eng om onze auto buiten te parkeren in de straat. Maar ik moet zeggen wij hebben absolute geen last gehad van de mensen van die wijk ook stond onze auto 1 week buiten geparkeerd en is er niks gebeurd. Het voelde gewoon niet veilig in de eerste plaats. Maar over de woning zelf zijn we zeer tevreden. En ook was het strand , centrum en de l'art heel dichtbij je was met de auto binnen 10 min op je bestemming en dat was voor ons ideaal .
