The room was amazing and the staff provided service like I have never seen before! They went above and beyond in everything that they did and were so friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately I fell sick on my first day there, and I was taken care of like a member of the family. They were happy to send me extra tea to my room, even providing extra blankets and sliced lemons without my asking. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place!!!

The front desk was excellent and very focused on providing excellent service. The room was terrific and very clean. Great location as well with close walking distance to the Cathedral and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff, property and amenities were great. The location is also perfect, it’s in the center of the city but sits on a quiet street. Lobby can feel overwhelming because there is a bar and there is always people sitting around, but once you get to your room it’s all peaceful.

Everything about this hotel is great, it starts with their friendly,& helpful staff, it has been renovated rooms, so all the 5 star qualities of a hotel has it, nice comfy king size bed, since we have our dog, the moment we got in our room, they delivered a dog bed and a bag of goodies, big 50 inch tv, nice amenities and rain shower, and great restaurants in the hotel and cool lobby bar that shared with the reception area and offers you a drink 🍷 while checking in, and location is perfect it's in a small plaza that has a fountain & matured trees, right in the center of everything, food, shopping , absolutely we are coming back to this hotel, the best of Valencia, thank you Only You hotel, you made our 5 days trip wonderful 👍

This is the perfect hotel in a perfect location. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Rooms & bedding excellent with quality furnishings. The lobby has a flower shop, so the scent is magnificent. At night, the atmosphere and architecture in front of the hotel is like a movie. It has a high end, but not stuffy vibe, the lobby bar always busy. Plenty of staff to check you in, no wait. Wine selection was excellent and only $6 Euros per glass. Other reviews mentioned the bar prices as expensive, but to me, if you want a classy experience, it costs a little more, completely expected. There is a Burger King open until 2am down the street that still cost $30 Euros for a meal, Look no further for a great Valencia experience,

What is there to say… the hotel was magnificent, clean, and modern. The staff was helpful and attentive to every need. They also knew about our special event and treated us with cava and desserts to celebrate. Looking forward to staying at the Only You once more.
