We love Barcelo! We have stayed at several of their properties and they never disappoint. We stayed at the Valencia property and Toni (front desk staff member) was exemplary in his ability to demonstrate the highest level of customer service and consistently ensured our satisfaction throughout our stay. Toni extended us an upgrade without us having to ask. We will continue to make Barcelo our hotel of choice.

Spacious, comfortable rooms in a wonderful hotel in a great location. Staff are lovely and welcoming. Had an issue with disturbance from other guests during my stay but the staff were great in addressing and resolving this both during and after my stay. Would definitley reccomend this hotel, i will likely stay here again on my return to Valencia! Thanks for a great trip Barcelo team!

Would not recommend this hotel. - The walls and doors are very thin so you can hear the people in the rooms beside you walking and blowing their nose. - Outside noise also is present despite other hotels in the area not having the same issue. - Elevators are very slow and do not move in logical ways. Expect to wait extended periods of time especially during busier hours. - Starting to look dated Other hotels in the area which are rated worse are actually much nicer such as the Innside by Melia.

The hotel is about a 30-40 minute walk to the historic area and less than 10 from the park. The room is modern and spacious, and the internet worked well. I needed a firmer pillow and they easily provided one to fit my needs.
