Owner Cancelled Reservation

Unfortunately the Owner of the Timeshare advertised a week that did not belong to them, and despite a confirmation, we did not get notified until we were at the front desk for Check-In!! Fortunately we were able to secure a different unit, and the property was fantastic!!
Stayed 6 nights in Jan 2023
