Comfortable hotel, well-positioned, great staff

Location: Good. Station across the road; road to Twin Ring Motegi from the front door; many restaurants etc within metres.

Staff make a business and, despite some not mastering English, the staff here were great. One particular receptionist, who did speak English, went out of her way to answer questions/point us in the right direction and was generally personable. Rest of hotel was normal, reasonable standard; good breakfast etc. Well-placed near station and main road east to Motegi (for motorsport fans). 'Stack' car parking was a first for us – well organised and courteous.
