Shower drain clogged and water poured into the entire room damaging some luggage. Showers are poorly designed as shower floor is level so water goes everywhere and you don’t notice the situation because you are cover with soap etc. then it’s too late.

Our rooms were not cleaned even though we had 'make our rooms' signs out. When we told housekeeping, they seemed irritated, unapologetic and couldn't care less. After calling again when cleaner still hadn't arrived, we were told the cleaner will come when she comes and by then it was already 7pm. I went to reception to complain and only then cleaner was sent but duty manager but it seemed like they were going us a favour.
