Service was not good. I had to ask three times to before getting the non feather pillows and blanket I requested due to my allergies. Plus the construction outside can be heard from my room early in the morning even though they assure me that the glass was sound proof. Not sound proof enough!

Great option for a stay at the airport. They also have rooms for the day in case you have a long layover. We used that when our flight was delayed 5+ hours. Overall very nice for an airport hotel.

Hotel is fabulous. Finding it is another story. Due to construction in the Zurich airport none of the signs are correct. We spent 1 hr 20 minutes looking, asking, being sent the wrong place, ended up at the Hyatt and they called a cab to take us approximately 500 feet which were not walkable due to construction. A nightmare. The hotel could be sending an email to people registered telling them how to get there -- which is an outside walk, not inside the terminal as advertised and signage suggests. Nobody we asked got it right except the Hyatt concierge, including Swiss Rail office, many employees in the airport, etc.

Walking distance to gate, great stay before flight

Exceeded my expectations. I frequently stay at ZRH Airport hotel, but this was my first time staying at the Radisson Blu. All previous times I stayed at the Hyatt instead. I will come back to Radisson Blu next time! The large Hotel entry space is inviting, centered by an excellent Bar. Hotel is about 6 min walk to terminal A, and about 8 mins walk to Terminal B. Walking path to the terminals is all indoors through large, lighted tunnels and airport terminals. No need to be outdoor or exposed to weather to get to the Terminals. I will stay here again next time.

The room was modern comfortable and clean. The staff was fabulous- friendly and very helpful. The area is safe. There is a shuttle to the mall. Staff arranged a late check out and arranged an airport transfer as well. The food in the restaurant was AMAZING - delicious and great presentation.
