Hospitality: The front desk staff is welcoming and responds promptly to requests or questions. Accommodations: The 2 queen room itself does not offer spectacular views - parking garage. The carpet and furniture need to be updated. Unavailable Laundry Bags, stained and oily ironing board, broken iron. Cleanliness: First few minutes we found a large leftover pizza crumb under the desk and the toilet looked questionable/stained walls. Housekeeping: friendly and yet it felt neglected. Coffee pods were never refilled after the first day. The sheets were basically thrown back over, the towels feel like cheese graters. Facility: grandiose projection/fatigued furniture and empty/sad feeling. Pool facility is ok. Not enough umbrellas. Lounge chairs look gross. One of the pool attendants (young teen) was curt and borderline aggressive when we omitted to turn in the pool towels after we exited the pool promptly as a result of a threatening storm. The gym is well appointed and serves its purpose. Location is the winning asset of the facility. Close to restaurants.

There was a weird spot of discoloring on our ceiling. We alerted the front desk mainly for information as our concern was possible mold. The manager who was sent was friendly but there wasnt any resolution. Other than that the rest of the staff was very helpful and pleasant to interact with!

staff has been amazing I was very stressed traveling with 2 12 week old puppies but everyone from check in to bar staff, in room dining staff and housekeeping have been awesome and showed so much love to the pups def pet friendly hotel and they mean it will stay again!

Very nice. The valet was affordable and great service. Unfortunately a guest next door got in after midnight and played his personal music really loud both night and morning. Another guest on the other side was loud too so that didn’t make for a quiet night but not the hotel’s fault.

I want so badly to love this property! It has so so so much potential!! But honestly as with the whole downtown Mobile area, it has seen better days. The facilities are well kept, clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the property Is definitely dated. The whole downtown area is dead. I do blame the economy. But I hope someone can eventually bring the downtown area back to life! It is depressing to see the lack of vibrancy for sure.

I love this hotel and will always stay when I visit Mobile but the sheets on the bed had blood on it and the bathroom was extremely dirty. I notified the front desk and the room was cleaned again
