We have stayed here previously and again we are impressed with TRU. Extremely clean, comfortable and inviting are the best words to describe our stay. We appreciated the helpfulness of our hotel employee “DJ” who made us feel welcome.

Room neglected and dirty. Human hair was found on the sheets. The hotel technician came and gave us sheets to change ourselves. To our surprise there was a big brown stain on the mattress with little speckies. Was told could not get refund. Room was changed.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However, we had to request creamer at the coffee bar. My daughter found the creamer in the cabinet underneath the coffee but staff told her she had to ask for it. That seemed peculiar.

Very courteous staff. Check in was easy. My room was clean and stocked with all the normal toiletry items. Free breakfast was ready at 6:00 am. For a quick business trip, this was a good choice.

Positives: exceptional staff (kind, considerate, and helpful), wonderful lobby…neat, clean, variety of snacks and food items to purchase, creative, free coffee all day, and welcoming, comfortable bed, great shower, clean room with several shelves for belongings (loved!), easy to get to elevator and room, the complimentary breakfast was one of the best…variety of items and so yummy! Negatives: There was only a shower, no bathtub in my room which didn’t bother me at all but might be important to others. There were really no negatives for me! I loved this hotel!!

Improvement is needed in the main lobby area. The furniture, especially the two hammocks and end tables need to be deep cleaned or replaced. It would also be nice if the rooms had closet space to store your luggage items in. The staff were all nice, pleasant and professional. The first entrance into the rooms was very nice and clean.
