Rainforest River Studio Kangaroo Valley
The popular Rainforest River Retreat is now offering the separate studio to be rented individually for couples midweek only. While guests will only have access to the studio no one else will be staying in the main house at the same time so guests will have exclusive use of the property.
Rainforest River studio is located in the highly sought after Upper Kangaroo River area about 15 minutes drive from Kangaroo Valley village.
The studio is open plan with a queen bed, lounge area with TV - Foxtel provided - kitchenette, air-con and a separate bathroom. The studio also has its own veranda overlooking the river and equipped with a gas barbeque.
From the studio it is just a short walk down to the river which is a great place to explore or cool off on a hot summers day; please ensure that children are supervised at all times. The property has over 1km of river frontage and there is a great swimming hole just below the house. It is also just a couple of minutes drive further along Upper River Road to one of the best swimming holes in the area - Flat Rock.
There is also a fantastic custom built fire pit for guests to enjoy. We do ask that you bring your own wood for the firepit or collect fallen timber from around the property. It is also extremely important that guests check local fire restrictions before lighting any fires.
Please note when accessing this property that the last 2km is via a gravel road. The road is maintained by council and can be accessed via a normal 2WD vehicle but we do not suggest lowered vehicles.
