We take the safety and health of everyone at our homes very seriously and we will do everything that we can to ensure that our guests have a safe, comfortable, and pleasant stay at our properties. We adhere to Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines to ensure that all of our homes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized using EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces, and electronics. All linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed according to manufacturers' guidelines. In addition, we leave the properties unoccupied for at least 24 hours after guests’ departure and 24 hours before guests’ arrival. Our cleaning crew has temperature checks every morning before arriving at the property, wear PPE throughout the cleaning service, and work in small units. We also stock our home with essential disinfectants and cleaning supplies to help you follow the CDC’s guidelines during your stay.
Please note: Rate is based on occupancy and dates. Maximum occupancy is 8 persons at all times including visitors. (infants/toddlers excluded). The House and its Property Site may NOT be used for weddings or unlawful large parties by statute. No Parties. Occupancy and Noise restrictions enforced. Please note pet fee are not included in the quote and will be an additional charge.
